Pre-release business subscription terms

A bounded local review product for business purchasers.

These terms document the intended Paid Alpha contract before checkout opens. They are not yet effective and no subscription contract can currently be concluded. Consumer checkout remains blocked.

Published for pre-sale review. These terms describe the intended business-only offer. They remain non-effective until the tax, billing, delivery, and explicit sales-authority gates pass and checkout records this exact policy version.

Eligibility and formation

Runrail Paid Alpha is offered only to purchasers acting for a business and authorized to bind that business. A purchaser must provide accurate company and billing information and confirm that the purchase is not for private consumer use.

When sales are approved, a contract will form only after the purchaser accepts the versioned seller, terms, privacy, cancellation, and refund notices, completes Stripe-hosted checkout, and Veyact confirms an active subscription. A pricing-page click or incomplete checkout does not form a contract.

Product and access

  • the selected monthly Runrail business plan and its published entitlement limits
  • authenticated package and checksum download through the subscriber console
  • local-only bounded Python candidate-branch preflight
  • proposal, verifier result, trace, rollback note, and audit evidence stored on the customer machine
  • no hosted repository execution, automatic source apply, API key, runner pairing, or automated run quota

Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Self-service plans renew monthly until cancelled. Published prices exclude taxes that the seller is required to collect. Stripe hosts payment entry and the billing portal; Veyact does not receive card details.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the account must be suspended earlier for fraud, security abuse, or material breach. The separate cancellation and refund policy controls billing corrections and refund requests.

License and acceptable use

An active subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right for the subscribing business to install and use Runrail within the published plan limits. The customer remains responsible for repository authorization, backups, project tests, review of exported evidence, and every merge or deployment decision.

The customer must not bypass entitlement controls, redistribute subscriber packages, probe another account, submit secrets to support, use Runrail on a repository without authorization, or present Runrail output as guaranteed correctness or a complete security review.

Paid Alpha boundary

Runrail is pre-release software. It may contain defects and does not replace project tests, code review, security assessment, legal review, or deployment controls. The customer retains authority over source, commands, tests, acceptance, merge, and release.

Final warranty, liability, governing-law, venue, policy-change, and termination language must be fixed in the version bound to checkout before these terms become effective.
