Keep the spreadsheet.
Lose the repeated retyping.

Start with the columns you already use. The workflow prepares entries, highlights detected problems, and waits for your approval before exporting.

Set the routine once.
Review the next batch faster.

Save an approved column mapping and explicit date rules. Next time, review the new documents instead of rebuilding your setup.

FIRST BATCH

Choose columns. Review. Approve.

A few practical questions.

What counts as a page?

One accepted page in a supported invoice or receipt PDF. The sample does not use an allowance. When subscriptions open, a page will count only after a processing result is saved for review.

Does it change my existing spreadsheet?

The local CSV workflow creates a new artifact only after approval. Google Sheets is unavailable; a later integration requires its own selected destination and write qualification.

Can I use it without Google?

You can review entries and create a CSV without a Google account. Google Sheets access is not available yet.

What happens when I run out of pages?

The proposed offers have hard limits and no automatic overages. Optional one-time packs come later; existing local review and export remain available.

Where do my documents go?

The current local workflow keeps copies in its own workspace on your computer. Hosted document processing and shared storage are not available to customers yet.

What happens after cancellation?

The proposed paid access ends at the applicable paid-through time. Local saved records and exported files are not deleted; new paid extraction and external commits stop.
