Fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the subscription contract is concluded.

To exercise the right, inform Raul-Nicolae Manolescu, Einzelunternehmen, Schopfwiesenstr. 5, 75236 Kämpfelbach, Germany, hello@veyact.com of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may use the online withdrawal function or the model form below, but use of the model form is not mandatory.

It is sufficient to send the withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw, Veyact will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving the withdrawal declaration. The reimbursement uses the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; no reimbursement fee is charged.

You may expressly request immediate access before the withdrawal period ends. Under the consumer Paid Alpha policy recorded at checkout, immediate access does not reduce the reimbursement described above.

The online function records the declaration in private server state and immediately downloads a checksum-linked receipt. Keep that receipt as durable evidence.
