Packs expire after 90 days and require an active matching subscription. Maximum four purchases in a rolling 30 days. No renewal, automatic recharge or annual plan. Earliest-expiring pages are used first; monthly base pages win a tie. Monthly pages do not roll over.
Review and export of saved local results do not require new processing pages. Completed extraction still counts if you later exclude a document; technical failures release reserved pages.
Shared identity and workspace isolation, roles, revocation, attributable approvals, pooled usage and storage, and safe concurrent work must pass their own qualification. Team remains unavailable until those checks pass.
Checkout remains closed. The planned first-payment refund period is 14 calendar days, subject to approved merchant and legal arrangements and without limiting statutory rights. Renewal cancellation suppresses later retries; scheduled plan changes use the next billing boundary without automatic proration.
