Veyact's founder operates the prelaunch mailbox on a best-effort basis. When subscription sales open, Paid Alpha support will target a first response within one business day. This target is not an uptime or resolution SLA. The website does not accept repository uploads or sensitive account material.

Keep sensitive material out of email

  • do not send source code, repository archives, API keys, or credentials
  • do not send card details, billing secrets, or recovery credentials
  • redact private logs and personal data before sharing a minimal excerpt
  • use the subject Runrail security disclosure for security reports
